„Schönes Hotel an idealer Lage
Die Lage ist ideal etwas ausserhalb, weil man nicht ins Zentrum rein fahren muss. Das Zimmer war riesengross und tiptop sauber. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze.
Obschon mein Zimmer zu 100 % bezahlt war, wollten sie EUR 100 blocken auf meiner Kreditkarte für eventuelle Extras. Da ich für längere Zeit am Reisen war und das Limit der Kreditkarte im Auge haben musste, hab ich gebeten, darauf zu verzichten und gesagt, ich würde allfällige Extras cash bezahlen. Sie haben dann zwar netterweise darauf verzichtet, den Betrag auf der Kreditkarte zu verbuchen, aber ich musste dafür den Pass an der Réception hinterlegen. Ich finde das echt eine total fragwürdige Handlungsweise und hab null Verständnis dafür. Ein absolutes No-Go!
